Vendors should arrive before 7 am
First-come First-serve
Vendors will be greeted & told where to set up
Vendors must  be  packed-up & gone by 1:30 pm
 
 
LOCATION:         MARC Train Parking Lot               ( follow blue MARC signs on Route 118 )      
Bowman  Mill Dr. & Walter Johnson Dr.
Germantown, Maryland                        
 
COST:                     $20 for 2 parking spaces   ---   pay attendant at entrance or collectors
 
 
 
VENDORS:                                              Open to all amateur & professional vendors
Vendors must provide tables
All items welcome     ( new, old, yard sale, antiques, crafts, services, etc )

  V E N D O R       R U L E S

 
ARRIVE:             NO LATER than 7:30 am
Vendors sharing spaces MUST arrive at the same time, or give names of later arrivals to attendant
If leaving to return have your hand stamped
Pay attendant at entrance   ( $20 for 2 parking  spaces ) cash only- no checks
KEEP receipt on car at space or person at space at all times
No rain dates or rain checks
 
SETTING UP:    
NO SAVING SPACES for self or others – items set in spaces to save will be moved
MUST set-up in spaces designated by attendant
DO NOT leave a space between you & your neighbor
Cars not in paid space MUST exit vending lot before 8 am
 
PARKING:                   MUST park car within your 2 parking spaces or OUTSIDE the lot
DO NOT park car any other place in Flea Market lot or at 7-11
 
LEAVE:             
MUST be packed-up & GONE no later than 1:30 pm
Parking lot will be monitored by County police
 
TRASH:             
YOU MUST take away your trash & any unsold items
DO NOT   leave trash or unsold items in  lot or around trashcans or Red Box
 
VIOLATION of rules will result in vendor being REMOVED & BANNED from future Flea Markets. 
We reserve the right to deny access to or request any vendor to leave the parking lot.
